About Aluminium Pressings

About Our Services
At Threeway Pressings, as well as manufacturing pressed metal components using both standard and unconventional industry materials, we also offer our clients a range of add-on services, including Powder Coating, Heat Treatment, and Electroplating.
We can deliver presswork services that use coils, strips, and blacks, with modern coil feeds integrated into all automatic machines. This provides efficient material handling, reducing lead times and expense for our clients.
All our secondary forming operations are carefully carried out using customer tooling. This ensures quality assurance is effectively and rigorously maintained throughout the production process.

We are proud to have implemented a fully integrated Material Requirements Planning (MRP) System with full traceability. This software supports us to ensure advanced quality planning, control plans, failure mode, effects analysis, and full pre-production run testing. In addition, all automotive quality requirements are subject to the completion of PPAPs, ISRs, and adherence to IMDS obligations.
We use performance measurements both internally and externally. This enables us to monitor our quality for continuous growth and improvement.
Our Product Design And Tooling
At Threeway Pressings, we maintain our own in-house tool-making department. This gives us the capacity to assist in the design and production of a diverse range of progression, single-action, and injection moulding tools.
We can deliver all these items to extremely high specifications using our advanced Solidworks and 3D CAD software.
